Coin Flip
Click Flip and get heads or tails instantly. Crypto-random so it is perfectly fair. The classic tiebreaker.
Is this fair?
Yes — each flip is independent with exactly a 50% chance of heads or tails. We use crypto.getRandomValues() sourced from OS entropy. No bias, no memory, no way to predict. Physical coins can be slightly biased by weight distribution — this one cannot.
The gambler's fallacy
Five heads in a row? The next flip is still 50/50. The coin has no memory. This is one of the most common misunderstandings in probability — streakes of any length are always possible and never change the next outcome.
Frequently asked questions
Can I get 10 heads in a row?
Yes — (0.5)^10 ≈ 0.098%. Rare but not impossible. Over 1,000 flips expect roughly one streak of 10.
How is this different from a real coin?
Statistically identical. Physical coins have tiny biases from minting; this one has zero bias.
Multiple coins at once?
Click Flip multiple times quickly — each click is one independent flip.
