By accessing mQuickCalc at https://mquickcalc.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Nature of the service
The site provides free, informational converters and calculators that run entirely in your browser. The tools are provided "as is" for general information and estimation only.
3. Not professional advice
Conversion results are produced by straightforward arithmetic from exact unit definitions, but they are still estimates for general information. They are not professional advice of any kind. For decisions that depend on precision — engineering, manufacturing, dosing, legal or commercial measurements — verify the figure with the authoritative source before relying on it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure;
- scrape or harvest content at a scale that unreasonably burdens the service;
- misrepresent that results constitute professional advice.
5. Intellectual property
The site's design, text and code are owned by mQuickCalc or its contributors. You may link to any page and use the tools freely for personal and educational use. You may not republish substantial portions of the site or claim the content as your own without permission. Unit definitions themselves are public standards and are not claimed as ours.
6. Reference standards and third-party names
Conversion factors follow published international definitions (for example the SI brochure maintained by the BIPM, and NIST publications where US customary units are involved). Any third-party names mentioned on the site remain the trademarks of their respective owners; we are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those organisations.
7. Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability
The tools and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, mQuickCalc and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its results.
8. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (the country where the operator, Jim (Maoming, Guangdong, China), is established). If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and disputes may be brought before the courts of that country.
